Daddy's Girl

Abstract

Rohit had grown up, and the house was filled with joy and happiness. But Revati began dreaming of a daughter because she felt that a daughter was closer to a mother. She felt that her son, Rohit, was closer to her husband and didn't worry about her. She shared her desire for a daughter with her husband. She dreamed of special moments with her, like combing her hair and cooking. But during her pregnancy, Rohit's caring nature touched her heart; he checked on her well-being, reminded her to eat, and helped her with her medications. Her misconception that Rohit was only her father's child was dispelled.  Finally, Revati had a baby girl. When she held her baby in her arms, she felt that all her dreams had come true. The joy of that little angel filled her heart with immense love and a sense of completeness. The baby also ran towards her father, but now her misconception that she belonged only to him was dispelled.
